"Under the Sea" Book Fair/Parent Luncheon

It's book fair time again at UWA Campus School. This semester's theme is "Under the Sea". We had our parent luncheon on Tuesday & was catered by Big Mikes from Thomasville, AL. We enjoyed fried catfish, shrimp &grits, potato salad, and fries. It was absolutely delicious. After the parents finished lunch, they were invited into the book fair to purchase some great Scholastic books. We encourage our students and their parents to read together at least once a day! Reading is a great bonding experience for the family and promotes learning! Win/Win!
