Clothes in our Centers

We are learning all about clothes this month. For smartboard, everyone had to dress Muffy. In Math we sorted or made patterns with shirts and buttons, for no-ends we made a closet and played with hangers (not pictured and paper dolls. We also had rulers, a yardstick, and a tape measure in math. Kayla and Jayla were fascinated with the different ways to mearsure that they stopped just measuring clothes, but began measuring the tape, their bodies, and different items around the math center.

Here is our paper doll center
They are having so much fun in the new center!

This is our KWL Chart. Here is what we already know and what we want to know about clothes. After we finished our clothing unit, we will fill in "what we learned."
